I can tell you've never been true to me I can smell that you're acting so fearfully I can hear what you're hoping I want to hear I can feel the alarm bells ringing in me The onyx damsel roamed the barren terrain of the outlands. The damsel was tired, sick of the life she currently lived and many times considered leaving the outlands, but she felt like it was her obilgation to stay with Novelty gone. The white tressed damsel shook her head, her tresses slipping over her blood stained voids. A wave of anger rocked her frame and she let out a hiss. Everybody was leaving the outlands, the place was falling, and it really never did rise to greatness either. The damsel knew she should have seen it coming. She was nothing but a disappointment to her family, she failed her mother and twin, her own children. The damsel stripped the emotions from her facade. She didn't need her own father to see what his child had become. Even her pathetic father would look down upon her if he knew. Megrim's pillars moved over the cracked desert earth towards the catacomb prisons. The prisoners were to be freed from their cells, most were, the only ones that remained were to die on the grounds, including her father. The gargoyled damsel slipped into the dark caverns, her black pelt blending with the void of darkness. It was unnaturally quiet in the caverns, no screams of prisoners were heard, whimpers and cries were all gone. The only sounds were that of Megrim's flints on the stone floor. Light broke from the ceiling and Megrim knew she was close to her father's cell and stopped outside of the makeshift bars, a single guard stood further down the cave. The silence remained and the smell of decaying entrails reeked from the cell, and then the hefty, course voice rang into the black, "Well, if if it isnt my own flesh and blood? So are you here to kill me?" Megrim allowed silence to fall over for a long time before she replied to the bastard she loathed dearly. "Sadly no, I'm here to send you off and let the royals deal with your pain in the ass." She hissed and then broke down the makeshift bars, her teeth bared and the smaller stallion creeped out, Megrim could see the wicked smile sliipping over his maw and the next thing she knew, she was chasing him down the caverns, her teeth tearing into his hinds as he kicked out to escape to escape his daughter. As they exited the caves, megrim skidded to a stop, watching her father tear ass out across the outlands. "And good riddance" WORDS: #NUMBERS I can touch but I know you don't feel a thing I can pray but I know you commit a sin I can sense now it's all become clear to see You're no good, and you mean no good, treacherously |
