You thought it was joke and so you laughed, you laughed when I had said that losing you would make me flip my lid, right?
You know you laughed, I heard you laugh, you laughed, you laughed and laughed and then you left, but now you know I'm utterly mad!
They're coming to take me away, ha-haa, they're coming to take me away

The young filly galloped as fast as her little legs could carry her. A large smile was plastered on her black lips as she chased after the blue roan stallion ahead of her. He was much faster than her, even if he was just trotting. But the tobiano filly never let that get her down, she powered after him, pumping the thin legs wildly. Her little lungs tried to keep up with her rapid movements, chest heaving with each step. "Daddy! Wait!" She called after him, her little white forelock smacking her in her face as she ran. Excitement flew through her as she watched the stag slow his trot and turn to look at her. She grinned and let out a giggle as she skidded to a halt beside him. She gave him a wide smile before moving to prance a circle around him, giggling the entire time. "Can we go and play with the squirrels today, daddy?" She mused, grinning up at his stoic face. The hard looks he gave her never seemed to faze the filly and she had placed those looks as looks of love and adoration. Scorn stopped in her tracks and then turned around and bounded off towards where the squirrels were, turning around to face her father, only to see him moving away.
The filly's face fell and she ran after him, running to his front and trying to stop him, but his mass was forcing her back, her little legs back tracking as fast as they could go. For a moment, the stag stopped and stared down at her, but Scorn's little mind was mad at him. "Daddy! Let's go play!" She pushed against him, trying to hug into him the best she could but the stallion ripped himself away from her and pushed off into a gallop. Scorn cried out, her purple eyes swelling up with tears as she chased after him, well out of her mother's land. Soon she stopped from simple exhaustion and collapsed onto the earth, her tears dried up for that moment. She lay on the earth, as a thunder storm cracked above her and she barely acknowledged it. Her entire thought process was focused on a singular thought. He was gone. Her sire was gone. He had left. She rose up from her lying position and looked around hopefully but found nothing. She breathed in heavily, almost hyperventilating. Tears poured down her face again and she stood up, running around the area, looking for her Father, any sign of him. A squirrel skittered from a tree and she bared her teeth at it, her sorrow and anguish turning into unadulterated rage. She snatched the rodent from the earth and thrashed it about, slamming it against the tree and then the ground before tossing it aside with a loud cry. She screamed out again, and again and again before her screams began to fade into sobs. He was gone and she was lost.
