. . .A P H R O D I T E. . .
crying out for 'coup de grace'
It seemed everything went so quickly within the past year, previously the time had just crept by and made no attempt to speed up. It was held down by the hand of the devil himself, never releasing his grip around her throat, never allowing her a second to have thoughts of freedom or happiness. But now was different, he had indeed left her to die but she had been spared by a swamp dweller, by Syndicate. While the two had conversations the mare withheld her past from him, doing so on purpose so that she may fill what he requested and then be on her way to start her new life, she never figured she’d be back in the lands that covered her pelt in muck at least not on her own terms. But here she was, making strides calmly and in fact happily back to her… home.
White and grey hooves marked the land with each step into the soft earth, not so much muck now because of the heat that helped dry up the water allowing it to turn into only semi-sloppy mess. Her sleek hide rolled over her now well filled out muscle mass, it bounced the suns reflection off into the surrounding atmosphere meeting who knows what surface. After taking her time to enter the land fully, she stopped and shut her orbs, wondering what was to come of this next conversation with Syn now that he had time to walk and think – she wondered if his daughter would be with him and how that would affect the situation as well. He could easily have been playing calm while she was around, just waiting to dispose of the mare whom let herself drop her walls and actually succumb to her emotions. Her voices in her head were hushed and were far from her mind, her thoughts of what would happen now clouded them out. As if on cue the fog began to arise from the ground, she inhaled a deep breath, her heart racing, she turned to watch for him.

Syndicate She was back, but only because of Scandal to be completely honest. Syn could have went an eternity without tracking her down. Scandal barely gave her two months alone, the filly was a persistent one and the stallion was unsure if he would be able to handle her as she grew. He shook his skull then as they slowly made their way home. Scandal was growing sleepy, she was awoke from her nap and did not have much of a chance to have another one with all that had happened. Scandal kept Syndicate far more grounded then he had been in the past. Part of him wanted to rip Aphrodite a new one when they got home. Simply for knowing that she could not leave his daughter and using it to force him to listen. Ivory dentals grinned against each other as his mind attempted to decide what to do. He had not made a sound since they all agreed to return home. Scandal could not even get him to speak on the trip home. Emotions where not something he felt he truly needed to express and here he had done such a thing. Aphrodite crossed the line that let them know they had arrived.
Scandal yawned and Syndicate knew that it was time for her to sleep. Tawny brown orbs looked down at her and touched his muzzle with her own before speaking, "Time to find your mother and sleep. I'll see you in the morning." She was not happy but nodded and soon vanished into the fog. Tribe followed quickly behind her just to make sure that she would be safe, the fox knew his duty and since the two had yelled enough for one day he knew it was okay. The sandy colored fox vanished into the fog too gone from the cremello stag's line of vision. He remained silent as his attention turned back to the two colored minx that agreed once more to return here with him. His head tilted to the side lightly to study her another minute. "Alright, Aphrodite.. Do you want to tell me now? I'm all ears." Syndicate Shifted his weight then unsure what she would say, but attempting to listen all the same. Sky blue banner swayed back and forth lightly against his hide as he waited for her response.
The silence was enough to help him remember his own past. The swamp was thick, annoying even at the time. He remembered his mother, Vega and how she allowed him to keep Tribe as an attempt to keep him civil. The colt back then wished to harm everything and a part of him wished he was still that way. He remembered everything about this place up until he was six months and his father appeared and he followed him out of the swamp without even saying goodbye to his mother. Syn wished to find his mother just to make sure the swamp had not entirely taken her down. Lashiel had told him that when the kingdom swapped that she was set free as a treaty between the two kingdoms and with it he wanted to go find her.

. . .A P H R O D I T E. . .
crying out for 'coup de grace'
Before entering the lands the light had engulfed everything within sight, almost instantly at the boundary the light had gone and darkness ate up the three forms as the rejoined the darkness. Patiently the mare waited, her mind racing with what could possibly happen, at this point she was unsure if everything that had happened was because of the filly, or if it was really what the stallion meant – either way the mare would make it through. She had been through so much in her life, a new face of only a year that she had grown fond of would be a loss, but it would not be the end of the line. Her heart was aching to know but her head was communicating back to get real, happy endings and story book tails were not real, and even if they were, they were not real for her.
Time to find your mother and sleep. I'll see you in the morning. the first words to break the long drawn out quietness that was over the trio. Now as the filly left her father after a tender moment, anxiety kicked over the mare, now his attention would turn to her so here you go dear Aphrodite, show him who you really are. dark whispers flooded her mind, engulfed her entire being, swallowed her pride and chewed it up. Her front daggers began to dance in the muck, she got them under control just as he was within good visual distance to her Alright, Aphrodite.. Do you want to tell me now? I'm all ears. She could not decide if his tones were genuine or if they were sarcastic, they had a hint of hate and anger but were masked by something else on the other end of the spectrum. His head was tilted, was this a form of mockery or is this just how he listens? he’s all ears Aphrodite, talk, tell him who you are, who you really are A slight shiver took over her body, not one of cold but one that was scared, worried, apprehensive. Her vision went tunnel for a moment, she felt light headed and then she stopped.
What do you want to know? Her words were shaky, they were unsure, danced all over and never in a consistent line. She then thought about the conversations they’ve had in the past and how he would not push her to say anything. This was where she would have to step up and speak because she wanted to, she wanted to share her life with him and while she wasn’t sure absolutely about everything she knew that Syn was a great friend and even if it ended there she didn’t want to lose him His name was Sinister. I found him when we were both young, took him in, fell in love and he just disappeared one day. Only to come back and with reinforcement. He was a spy sent in from the neighboring territories, and when they came back they slaughtered everyone. My own parents with me held so I was forced to watch. She shuttered her voice shaking and unsure, sobbing thick with every word He crushed their skulls where I used to play and live. Then leaving no one else alive, he took me and all the other younger mares. They used us for breeding, only, I never gave birth to anyone of the bastards kin so they starved me, used me to take out anger on in any way possible. They kept me alive enough to feel every kick, bite and mount. Her words fell off, her body weak and trembling. She realized soon again of the situation that she was in, she turned away from the stallion and got herself together the best she could but did not turn back to him. She didn’t know what else he could want to know for this was her reality in the past handful of years. She stood breathing and trying to control herself, while inside she was brewing and hysterical. that’s a girl, see how much he wants to have to do with you now.

Syndicate He was silent, almost too silent as he waited for her to tell him. Syn knew the only way to get her to be comfortable around him was for him to listen. Aphrodite was shaky and on edge the mare had been since he sent Scandal to stay with her mother. Was she afraid that he would harm her without the young one around? Probably so if scandal did not already knew that she was here. The young one had a way of knowing when he lied to her. Deep contemplation was set in as he wondered what to say to the minx and what could be so bad that she would fear his rejection. He shifted his weight as she spoke her words shaky and filled with doubt as she asked him what he wanted to know. The mare knew exactly what he wanted to know, but he said nothing knowing it would come there was only so much longer she could hold it in before she gave into the past. She spoke then telling her story from the beginning, she found a young male and he betrayed her, killing her family. Then taking her and trying to make her have children, but they failed and Syn knew how they failed, but he would not speak out of term.
She finished and he stood quietly as she stood before him, weak unsure. Aphrodite then turned around so that she would not have to look at him. The brute thought to himself for a moment, very quietly once more all that she would be able to hear from him was his faint breath. He did not feel disgusted by her it was not her fault the colt had been the way that he was she had no way of knowing when she attempted to aid him. Syn shook his skull then and his crimson daggers pushed forward towards her and moved around her lightly, his eyes watching her as he spoke, "You know their deaths were not your fault, Right?" He asked then, "Aphrodite you were young and had no idea what he had planned. Trust is a faulty thing and for most takes time. in youth it is clouded more hope for the way the world functions. Much like Scandal she will be taught the world is not perfect. " He informed her then knowing that she would understand why.
"But you must know, as I told you, I do not hold judgement over you for the past, its what and how you choose to live from this moment first that I will judge you on." The stag told her, and with it he was telling the truth. His mind churned on from that moment on once more. A snort left his nostrils then and he spoke once more, "That is if your open to trying and starting over with me." He stopped himself knowing to try and not put too much into his words, they could cause him both joy and misery. Syn at this point did not know if his emotions could take much more rejection without breaking and turning him from himself into something... else. His orbs looked down at her and he wondered how he allowed himself to care as much as he had. The stage remembered what he had been in his past and how he had planned his life to be, and how different it truly was. Syndicates mind was far more relaxed then he figured he would have been.
The silence flooded through his listeners and he was left with his mind. Things that flooded through his mind were never good and with it he knew it would only be a matter of time before he started again. The darkness surrounded the duo, the crickets coming to life and telling their story. Faint crocks came from frogs lost in the swamp and the occasional call of a crocodile could be heard in the distance. Lightning bugs lit up the sky and his attention turned to them as they flew around above the two of them coming close but going out before they touched. The brute watched them to distract himself from his own mind. WORDS: 701 || TAGGED: amity Ehh its ok template by Margie @ Adoxography v2

. . .A P H R O D I T E. . .
crying out for 'coup de grace'
Quiet between the two was screaming around her, telling her that she fucked up, that she should just leave, he was done. She was shaking and scared, worried about what more in this life she could possibly lose. She had never spoken out about how she felt for the stallion that saved her life, but it was indeed more than gratitude it was more than just owing him something. It was a tangled mess of feeling like she belonged and that she should at the same time run and never look back. She was trying to decide if this was the point where she should just walk, she had told her story and he stood in silence – but why? She didn’t prepare herself for this, nor any turn out for that matter.
You know their deaths were not your fault, Right? Aphrodite you were young and had no idea what he had planned. Trust is a faulty thing and for most takes time. in youth it is clouded more hope for the way the world functions. Much like Scandal she will be taught the world is not perfect. She knew the deaths were her fault, she had led him given him the trust of the entire herd before knowing who he as or where he was from, she fell blindly in love with him as a young minx and that was how she was the reason it happened. She would never truly let this go, she would always blame herself for she believed that was what was true. But you must know, as I told you, I do not hold judgment over you for the past, its what and how you choose to live from this moment first that I will judge you on.
Those words were given and the entire being that she was relaxed. She was at peace for whatever reason, she wasn’t worried anymore about being denied by him. Her frame was quiet no longer shaking, no longer afraid she turned to face him, a spark of hope in her pools. That is if your open to trying and starting over with me. A small smile cracked her cold mug, she turned her entire being around and walked towards the quiet stallion leaving space between them, after a few moments she pressed her mug upon his long boa, burying it in his long tassels and warmth flowed through her. Yes A whisper left her mug, a single word that defined their future for the better. She was quiet after this, her pelt covered in the darkness of the night, her frame more alive than it had been in years. She stood at ease next to the one she never wanted to leave, her breath emitting on his pelt and taking in his smell. She stood wondering if he was going to tell some about his past to her, or if that would be something for another time, she wondered also about what she did owe him, what he had in mind; but dared not break the silence as the swamps cool mist surrounded them.

Syndicate Nocturnal creatures stirred as the duo stood in silence. An owl whood in trees that surrounded the clearing and bats flew overhead their screeches filling the silence and making almost too loud to bear. She said nothing, but Syn knew that the painted minx was thinking and a part of her wanted to question what she was thinking, but he would not ask he knew reliving her past was hard enough for her. She moved then, the distance between them slowly leaving. A small smile mad its way to her lips in her movements, and as she grew closer her muzzle buried itself in his sky blue mane. The single word that he had wanted to hear the first time came from her maw in almost a whisper. He knew it truly would take time for her to over the past that she had wished to hide so ... much. The past made her doubt everything and with good reason. His mind traveled to his aunt and he felt an anger pulse through his veins. She should have never had to do what she did, his mind moved to his cousin and how if she knew the real truth that she would feel ashamed, well possibly.
Syn did not know the young fillies mindset, but he did however know that while maim told her the name of her father it went no farther as to who the beast was. Gladiator would protect his mother and with it Syn had left the subject alone knowing that it would not happen again. Syn traveled to his father and what he would think of the whole situation and knowing that Mass would be furious. The stag would probably lose it and there would be nothing left, the perfection... was broken. The word perfection made the stag shutter a little bit he knew he would never be the word and with it he tried to keep himself in check and did not wish to give it away. Scandal would never know of the perfection, she would be perfect in her own way and that’s all he cared about. A snort fell from his nostrils but he remained strong as he needed to be. He shifted his weight then but did not pull away from the minx. “It’s been an eventful day. Do you want to go find somewhere to sleep?” He questioned for a moment but then thought once more.
“If you have questions you want to ask in the morning, I will answer them.” He would do so he had asked the mare hers and while he did not care for his past he would tell her what she wanted to know. Syn would take her to his den, he would not leave her not now anyways. Scandal would be around in the morning and it was the only thing that worried him, but his life was one that he did not want to completely sum up quickly. The past was his legacy and it would be one he would not forget. Perfection would be the one word forever burned into his brain if he had amnesia he would never forget it. The stag waited to see if she would agree before he started in the direction of his den. The mud stuck to his crimson daggers as he pushed through the lands. He was not held up by the mud though the stag was on a mission. The den was large enough for several, but he had spent most of his time alone within the walls. Which to him had been fine..

. . .A P H R O D I T E. . .
crying out for 'coup de grace'
Her frame was nestled in the blades of grass, she had all but forgotten what had happened the fallowing day nor what had happened in her past – despite how desperately she wanted to. Her dreams took her to the brooks edge where, downstream, the figure of the dark colt took place she heard her voice call out to him and felt the excitement and worry for his safety that she had back then. She watched her younger self carelessly banter with the colt never stopping to think of what could and did happen. Years flew by in the split second that the film took place, she watched herself get careless, give her heart, and dream of having a family with him. They talked about normal things, made plans with each other talked about what names they would choose for future children. Every word that came to her mind made her feel more ashamed and disgusted with herself, how could she be co careless? How could she trust someone she hardly knew anything about?
You know their deaths were not your fault, Right? She sighed silently as to not interrupt her mate’s slumber, accepting his words would be difficult but reliving them helped to block out the other voice that kept her down, his tones gave her hope you were young and had no idea what he had planned. After all he was right, she had no idea, she just gave in way too early to someone that had no reason to gain her trust. She was so submissive, she was so easy. But that was the old her. Her aqua pools ventured the way to his pelt, watching his frame slowly rise and lower as he slept silently. Her mind wondered to how she got to this point, everything she had to endure to finally get a good night’s rest; it was absurd to her. Never the less, she was here and she had happiness, she had a chance at happiness and perhaps a family – this time she would not rush it though. She would take her time and get to know Syndicate, and the time was getting close.
She shifted her weight as she rolled to her stomach to stand up, shaking her pelt sending the debris from the land flying in all directions. Yawning, the mare made her way away from the stag to seek out a drink from a nearby spring that trickled thought the mud, kept clean in the upper cup by a layer of smooth stones she lowered her petite mug and parted her kissers, slurping up the cool liquids. Flicking her whipcords the mare brought her crown up, her boa holding it high as she watched rays begin to shine through the twists of branches above, colors galore shone through with it – Sunrise. Relaxed, the mare grazed on the blades below her picking and choosing the cleanest specimens to her liking awaiting the stallion to wake.

Syndicate The unique stag slept, but not much came to him in dream form. He only saw his father screaming perfection over and over again. Syndicate could remember knowing that he would never live up to his fathers expectations. The rest of his night was black, nothing seemed to move through his mind. Hours passed as the cremello stag slept, he did not move or cry out in his sleep. The morning came and he rolled over his mind having forgotten that he had shared his area with Aphrodite. Multi-colored orbs scanned the area the minx had slept, she was not there a part of him was angry, but the other side understood. He did wonder if she was still around or if she had left in the middle of the night. A low grunt escaped his mug as the ivory beast lifted from the sod. He shook his frame them removing the dirt that had covered his pelt. Revealing his sky blue wing markings and the deep orange markings all around his frame. Spotted pillars pushed out the mouth of his den and he moved forward in search of Aphrodite before Scandal decided to rejoin them. The flicka spent the majority of her time with him and with it he knew if Aphrodite wanted to ask him questions they would need to be asked before she returned.
The angry part of him silently cursed her as his frame moved in search of her. Syn shook his skull reminding that side of him that she had remained a a year in the lands her first stay and she probably would stay much longer this time around, if not forever. The odd stag wondered if she truly did trust him, he was not perfect and had his down points, but he had no intention on hurting her. If he did syn knew he could have a lot sooner then he had the brute was not a patient one and had not been a caring one. He had lacked emotion and now that he had it he was not sure he wanted it. When one cares or worse loves another things become complicated making one different from what they had once been. Syn was different then what he had once been and it was because of the patience he had learned to acquire when Scandal was born, for if she hadn't chased Aphrodite down this scenario would not have happened.
Syndicate's search for Aphrodite was short lived, his tawny colored orbs spotted her two toned pelt and a light grin made its way to his kissers. Steady movements carried him towards the painted minx knowing that it would be at least a round of twenty questions today and in his own way he was preparing for them. The ground sounded sticky, moggy underneath his crimson daggers as he closed in the distance between the duo. "Morning Aphrodite, Sleep well?" He quizzed the minx as his larger frame came to a halt. The stallion took a moment to think before he continued on, "Alright." He paused looking up at the position of the sun. "We have an hour tops before scandal arrives, what exactly do you wish to know about my past?" He asked the mare. "Oh before you ask, its not that i do not want scandal to know my past, its just easier to not bring up the past around her. She gets an idea and then, well your very well aware of the outcome." He chuckled and realized that the older the flicka got the more she reminded him of himself and if he was correct it would not be pretty. Syn was not rushing Aphrodite to ask him questions she could ask when scandal was gone, but that truly only included early morning and night, which was not much.

. . .A P H R O D I T E. . .
crying out for 'coup de grace'
She hadn’t been awake long and had only nibbled at the green stained blades before a rustle came from the cave they had been resting in telling her that he had awoken. She stood straight watching in the direction that he would be coming from, she began to get anxiety over what the conversation would be over, she wasn’t sure what to ask him she had never been one to ask questions just to answer them. That was how she got in her previous predicament, perhaps trust would come the same but she was going to be more careful than she had been with Sinister and in order to do that she would indeed have to inquire on the stallion’s intentions and what he had envisioned thus far not that there would be too much for this was a new status to them both.
Shadows crept over his crème frame, revealing brilliant swirls depicting wings along his side, orange depicting nothing specific wrapped around his being and brought a smile to her mug. His light blue banner flowed as he walked, gently coming to a halt as he did, his scent filling her nostrils and making her heart beat even quicker sending hot scarlet blood rushing through her veins – beneath her belt she blushed. Morning Aphrodite, Sleep well? Nodding her crown in approval of the sleeping corridors she kept the dreams to herself, after all they should/would go with time.
We have an hour tops before scandal arrives, what exactly do you wish to know about my past? Oh before you ask, it’s not that i do not want scandal to know my past, its just easier to not bring up the past around her. She gets an idea and then, well your very well aware of the outcome. A warm smile crossed her kissers, Syn really did care about his daughter in a way that was genuine and real he allowed her into parts of him that he never wanted to know were there – that was love. Shifting her weight the mare walked closer to the stallion, touching her cheek to his as she stood in front of him then brining her boa back so that they could make eye contact. Attempting to word the question she wanted to ask, the mare parted her velvet kissers and silk tones came out I do owe you a debt. That is not why I am here, but I do feel I owe you something. What did you have planned? Her curious tones left her mug and drifted to his twin-peaks, wondering pools looked at him, aqua colors stained by that of the rays from the sun as she awaited for his response. She was not here because she felt she had to be, but because she wanted to be and from past experience she figured she ought to make sure he understood this I want to be here with you, this is not because I feel I owe you anything, Syn. Truly.

Syndicate The stallion stood tall, proud of who he was although this was odd for him to offer anything about himself up. Syn did not share with many and this would be a rare occasion for him, if he ever allowed himself to ever do it again. He had a feeling, if he had not allowed himself to get close to her, Syn would have remained a mystery to the painted dainty mix before him. Aph had changed a lot in the past year that she had been with him, even in the time that he had let her go. Orbs followed her as she made her way towards him, her cheek touching his own gently before she pulled back so that her orbs could look into his own. The question he knew was coming for quite a while fell from her lips and his brain pondered for a moment. Syn figured he needed to answer this in his own way and word everything carefully it was becoming an unfortunate habit of his. A moment passed and he wondered if it was better to lie or just say what was on his mind.
She told him she wanted to be with him, not because she owe him. The cremello beast blinked lightly and forced himself to focus on her. "Well Aphrodite that depends on what you want. Do you want a family?" He questioned knowing he would adore his children, unless given a reason to not do so. Tawny brown orbs watched her carefully waiting for her answer, studying her body language as well for small tell tale signs. Syn had spent enough time around her that he knew her body language very well, more then he probably should but the conversations that they had told him more then what she wanted to tell him. One could tell he was serious from the look on his ivory fascade. Syn blinked then unsure about what she would say, a child was what he wanted from her, well originally and now all the same, but he was willing to wait if she was not ready.
He was also unsure how Scandal would feel about a sibling she already spent all of her time with him. Syn knew sh might not like sharing her father like he had not like to share his mother in his youth, he did not have to share his mother though. Vega did not seem to want another child, which was fine with him. He shifted his weight to almost relaxed as he watched the painted minx. He lifted his skull lightly as he moved forward a bit allowing his teeth to graze against her pelt. Syn was reminded of the touch that he felt when they touched once more, but it was only for a moment. The stag was content it was something that was rare for him.
He pulled back allowing himself to look into her azul orbs, "Is there anything else?" Syn questioned his vocals were deep, but this time truly held emotion. Scandal would be here soon and he would have to do what she wanted to, for he truly ruined her fun the day before and he would make it up to his daughter.

. . .A P H R O D I T E. . . crying out for 'coup de grace' Her heart had been speedily beating since the stag made his presence known in the morning light, she had begun to settle down now and was enjoying the fact that she had been able to enjoy the now ending sunrise. Brilliant oranges pinks and reds painted the clouds that fluffed the sky, giving it depth and layers truly radiant sun rays beamed forth out of them as they lost their colors and the blue overtook. Well Aphrodite that depends on what you want. Do you want a family? Panic flooded the mare, flashing upon her facial features and then disappearing quickly as she reassured that this was not a repeat – he wasn’t him. After all she had wanted a family her entire life, she knew she would make a wonderful mother the only thing was if Scandal would get defensive and protective over her father which would be understandable from an only child.
She closed her orbs as she felt his touch to her pelt, admiring so the feeling that it gave her, his scent flooding her olfactory organ rushing her blood for a different reason than before. I have always wanted to be a mother, Syndicate. she opened her orbs and looked into his and nodded slightly, digging at the dirt with a couple of strokes from her dagger from the excitement of the thought. She truly had – ever since she was a filly. Nickering to him she gave a warm smirk, reached and pulled on his forelock playing with it for a few seconds. Is there anything else? Looking up in thought the mare turned her head to the side thinking, but not coming up with any questions that she wanted to ask at the moment, after all they should keep some things to talk about in the future. Shaking her crown she made eye contact again, Let’s keep something to discuss in the future. her tones light she watched the stallion curious of what he had planned for scandal, and if he would trust her to treat scandal just as well as their child.dsxa | Text | Speech | 0350 |Muse: laughable

Syndicate Syndicate knew that his asking her if she wanted a family could possibly make her fear the past once more. The minx had asked what he had wanted and it had to come out, eventually. He had been a bit sensitive in the situation, it was a completely new situation for the bronc and he was dealing with it the best that he possibly could. A smile crossed his pink lips as she admitted she had always wanted to be a mother. Visionaries followed her body language as she moved then almost slightly excited but cautious at the same time. She called to him before reaching her maw up to pull at his forelock playing with it for a moment, before she pulled back baby blues studying him before shaking her cranium. She had no other at the moment and he was almost relieved he did not have to answer anymore questions, for now. "Sounds like a plan." He exclaimed. A slight rustle in the bushes caused him to shift forward and whisper in her ear, "When your ready to give it a try, I'll be waiting." He pulled back then and grinned as the little flicka and Tribe pushed through the bushes.
Scandal smiled wildly excited for the morning and having something new to do. Light grey visionaries traveled between the two adults then and turned her skull to the side in a questioning way. She knew something was up, but soon her vocals rang out above the silence. "Hellooo Pappa and Aphrodite!" The names sailed from her mouth extremely smoothly. Tribe chirped above the silence and the filly lowered her skull to her friend and nipped at his ears. He chirped again and pulled back a way from Scandal before quickly running and hiding underneath Syndicate. Scandal pressed her dun lips together and narrowed her eyes as her light grey orbs glared at the little fox.
Syn watched as his daughter and Tribe played but he knew Tribe was getting older although he was not truly old and as Scandal nipped at his ears he took off his bodice quickly hiding underneath his master's frame. The stag was glad that he was tall enough the little fox's tail no longer tickled his stomach. A light chuckle fell from his lips then as the anger bubbled inside of the flicka. The anger was a treat and showed the stag that his child could be wicked, and it would help her along throughout life. The beast side stepped away from the fox. "Good Morning. Scandal. So we are going to stay home today." His words stopped for a moment, "But I will give you the option of choosing where we go. We can go to the hot springs, explore the caverns, or go to the grave yard." Syn gave his daughter options to make things interesting. Aphrodite needed to know the lands well too so this would be an interesting adventure. The mare was fit enough to explore now, that is if she wanted too.
The flicka watched her father side step and she found herself wanting a friend. Tribe belonged to her father and he would never give him away. The filly knew this and she snorted knowing that she needed to start her look. "The Caverns! lets go see them." She informed him her eyes moving to aphrodite then. A smile as she waited for them to move, maybe on their way through the forest she could find herself a friend.

. . .A P H R O D I T E. . .
crying out for 'coup de grace'
It seemed the morning was flying by and soon enough the small filly danced her way out of the brush, greeting Aphrodite and her father. Her head turned slightly as she must have heard some of the conversation, and while Aphrodite knew she needed to be introduced to the idea before the plan took place it was not her place to do so and now probably was not the time either. Giving a warm smile to the filly, smooth lyrics flowed from her mug Hello, beautiful Scandal. Good morning to you. she nudged the filly’s boa very lightly and playfully and nickered, Aph had not known the filly long at all but she already adored the young vixen. She watched the trio of Scandal, Tribe and Syn admiring how good he was at being a father and gaining an even understanding of why he had reached out to have a foal. Having her opened him up in ways Aphrodite was sure would never have shown, she wasn’t sure where they would have been if it wasn’t for the filly it could have gone a number of ways including violence – but that was if and it did not happen. Good Morning. Scandal. So we are going to stay home today. But I will give you the option of choosing where we go. We can go to the hot springs, explore the caverns, or go to the grave yard. His tones sounding mysterious in a way surely to engage the filly into picking one of them to explore the corners of. Aphrodite knew this would give her a chance to get to know the lands better and she smiled at the stallion, The Caverns! lets go see them. With Orbs now met with Scandal’s the mare smiled at her warmly, she had chosen well Caverns always had a lot to offer in the way of exploration, especially for such a small frame that could get into previously undiscovered areas. Whipcords slashed the atmosphere as peaks stood forward, excitement radiating from the filly reached the mare and she could feel it. She turned to Syn and nodded awaiting for him to lead the way.
