Her eyes were cast downward, watching the steps of her feet, though he head was held high. She moved like she always had, with authority, though she held no lands for the moment and had only just returned to the lands she knew so well. Litala was thinking about the terrain she now walked upon. How much it varied in places according to leads. The place was like a puzzle who fit together but the picture was mismatched, and she found that in this sort of chaos it was beautiful. The place she was headed was much to similar to the lands that her grandfather had once ruled. The grey lady had never set eyes on them, but she had heard the stories of the unbearable heat, and the rancid smell the rose with the steam from its caverns. In her father's time, the place had taken on a chill, and was covered in snow and dense fog most days. The Pitt bowed to only her and her family and would change for no other. The new leader of her lands would have to learn to deal with the molten golden river the flowed from the mountain down into the valley. Careful to not touch, though silently Litala had always wonder what would happen to one who accidentally fell in.
The border of Armageddon rose on the horizon now. Her auds fell back into her tresses. This was the second time something of hers had been taken. She remembered the time she had once traveled to Coyctus, where the stallion Lucifer had ruled. Like the literal devil he had swooned her Serpentine to leave with him, instead of returning to her side. She had found her little gem, but seeing the look of reluctance in his eyes upon her asking him to leave, she had let him stay. Entropy had still been loyal, and then there had been Alexei she had at home. Mordecai had returned, and a new face that had gone by Charon. The Pitt had grown swollen with the male species and it had been the only reason she had chosen to leave Serpentine behind to do what he wished.
This place was no Coyctus, this was Selven's territory. A painted stag who name she had acquired from the Queen herself in passing coversation as the two mares had watched their children sparr. He had interested her little, and so the name had been lost and they had moved on to other pressing matters. Selven had been forgotten until now, with the disappearance of her sister. Litala had returned home to see if Boethiah had gone back to her parents, and when seeing the her mission had been a lost cause and that her treasure had not returned home, Litala had become angered. Thanatos had failed her, just as he had once failed the entire kingdom as a King. She now returned here, upon this particular doorstep to claim the life of her little sister away from the Bone Collector.
The lands where filled with watching eyes, and it had not gone unnoticed that the last equine to see her bleached sibling was in fact this devil; Selven. Litala halted near the border, not afraid to walk amongst the inhabitants of the lands (for she still thought herself important to certain power players), but she wished not this conversation to be on a bad note. She was the one coming to ask a favor of the blue eyed King here, and so for now, she would play nice. "Selven? We both know you know I'm here. You wouldn't keep a lady waiting would you?" She crooned in her usual seductive tones when she wanted something. Resting one of her back legs so that her hips where lopsided as she waited for the painted King.[smear:039fbd] [/smear:383c3d]
